WHAT IT DOES
Add digital or scanned statements, select pages, arrange a batch, and enter passwords for protected documents.
Stmtio reads statement pages on your computer. Built-in OCR handles scanned pages without uploading the document for conversion.
Compare dates, descriptions and amounts with the original PDF. Correct fields or map columns when a layout needs help.
Save CSV or XLSX for further review, handoff or import. Always test the exported file in its destination system.
THE WORKFLOW
LOCAL BY DESIGN
An internet connection is required to sign in and confirm the page allowance before a new conversion starts. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
REVIEW IS PART OF THE PROCESS
Bank statement layouts vary. OCR and automated extraction can omit rows, split descriptions or assign the wrong date or amount. Stmtio is designed to make those results easier to inspect—not to remove the need for review.
Before using an export, compare row counts, page boundaries, dates, amount signs and balances with the original statement. Stmtio does not claim error-free conversion or support for every bank layout.
