Local statement review, now on Windows and macOS
Stmtio 0.1.0 is a desktop preview for bookkeepers and accountants who want to spend less time retyping bank transactions. Import a PDF, review the extracted transactions beside the source, and export CSV or Excel.

- Download native installers for Windows x64, macOS Apple silicon and macOS Intel.
- Import text and scanned bank-statement PDFs, including password-protected documents.
- Extract dates, descriptions and amounts with built-in local OCR for scanned pages.
- Review and edit transactions beside the original PDF. Use manual column mapping when a layout needs adjustment.
- Export CSV, Excel/XLSX or a three-column CSV for QuickBooks-style import workflows.

Local processing
Statement PDFs, extracted text and transactions are processed and stored on your computer. They are not uploaded to Stmtio for conversion. Account, subscription, device and page-usage information is handled online. Sign-in and starting a new conversion require an internet connection; processing can continue offline after your allowance is confirmed.
Known limitations
Bank layouts vary. Some statements need manual column mapping or corrections. Review automatically extracted transactions before exporting and test a sample in your accounting software.
These are unsigned preview builds. macOS packages are not yet Developer ID signed or notarized, and Windows packages are not yet code signed. Your operating system may show an installation warning.
Download and install
Choose your Windows or macOS installer. On a Mac, open the DMG and drag Stmtio into Applications. On Windows, open the EXE installer and follow the setup prompts.
View SHA-256 checksums to verify your download. Existing users should keep a backup of their local data before replacing a preview build.
